ISI demands CIA stops unilateral activity

Relations between the US and Pakistan’s spy agencies, the CIA and ISI, are at an all-time low following the death of Osama Bin Laden at the hands of Navy Seals, and the Raymond Davis event. The ISI has demanded a formal contract preventing the CIA acting ‘alone’ and breaching Pakistani sovereignty.
